This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed at us.bioceuticamilano.com, operated by AR99 LLC, Miami, Florida. It is part of our Terms of Service.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
Shipping costs
- Orders of $49 or more: free standard shipping.
- Orders under $49: $6.95 standard shipping.
Your shipping cost is always shown at checkout, before you pay. Sales tax, where it applies, is also calculated at checkout.
Processing and delivery times
Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
Delivery times after shipping depend on your location and the carrier. They are estimates, not guarantees. If your order takes longer than expected, email us and we'll look into it.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.
Address changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the address.
Lost, late or damaged packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, or if it arrives damaged, email us with your order number. We'll help you sort it out, including sending a replacement or a refund when appropriate. See our Refund Policy for details.
